Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

Portions
  • 55 g Tahini
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 100 ml Hot water
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 150 g Soy yogurt
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Protein powder (unflavored/optional)
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Cumin *(optional)*

Instructions

  • Mix everything in a bowl with a whisk
  • Taste and enjoy
  • Perfect with roasted vegetables
