Tahini Sauce

- 55 g Tahini
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 100 ml Hot water
- 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 150 g Soy yogurt
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Protein powder (unflavored/optional)
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Cumin *(optional)*
Instructions
- Mix everything in a bowl with a whisk
- Taste and enjoy
- Perfect with roasted vegetables
