Porridge

- 200 g Oats
- 350 ml Almond milk
- 1 Apple
- 1 tsp Almond butter
- 1 tbsp Walnuts
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Cooking the oats:
- Put oats together with plant-based milk or water and nut butter in a small pot.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
- Prepare fruit:
- Wash the apple and cut it into small cubes. Let it simmer briefly in the pot.
- Alternatively, banana or other fruits can be added.
- Refine:
- When the porridge has reached the desired consistency, stir in the cinnamon.
- Add the remaining cut fruit (e.g., banana) and walnuts to the porridge and briefly mix.
