  • 200 g Oats
  • 350 ml Almond milk
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tsp Almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Cooking the oats:
    • Put oats together with plant-based milk or water and nut butter in a small pot.
    • Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
  • Prepare fruit:
    • Wash the apple and cut it into small cubes. Let it simmer briefly in the pot.
    • Alternatively, banana or other fruits can be added.
  • Refine:
    • When the porridge has reached the desired consistency, stir in the cinnamon.
    • Add the remaining cut fruit (e.g., banana) and walnuts to the porridge and briefly mix.
