Banana Bread

  • 200 g Oats
  • 4 Ripe bananas (rather small bananas)
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 100 g Chopped walnuts (more or less as needed)
  • 100 g Frozen wild blueberries
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 160 ml Almond milk

Instructions

  • Grind the oats into flour using a blender.
  • Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork or an immersion blender.
  • Mix all ingredients except the blueberries. Then gently fold in the frozen blueberries.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and add the batter.
  • Bake the banana bread for about 50 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius and let it cool.
